Chair Yoga Virtual Class
Start your day off right with virtual Chair Yoga! Join Leah as we breathe deeply to have more energy, stretch to get rid of muscle stiffness, and strengthen your body to improve your balance. All fitness levels are welcome. You will have the option to stay seated the entire time or to stand for part of the class. A sturdy chair and good attitude are required. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes (shoes are optional).
