Step Into Strength Virtual Fitness Class
“Step Into Strength” is a gentle-on-the-joints strength workout, with a little cardio mixed in! You may do the whole workout seated with some optional standing work available. Light weights will be used, and many household items could be a substitute - water bottles or soup cans will work! All the exercises can also be done with no weights. Some core, balance and stretching will round out this fun class! Step into YOUR strength with us! See you there!
