Since Covid-19, the American workforce has changed at an accelerated pace. However, some contributing factors started decades ago. Patrick Dolan, Armchair Economist offers insight into these changes and advice on how your company can weather the storm.
Some of the questions he will answer are:

Patrick Dolan brings unique insight into workforce economics, combining a decade in financial markets with a decade in staffing & recruiting. Dolan holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School in Evanston, IL.
