Description
Dan Patlak from the Cook County Board of review will be presenting on the role of the Assessor, the recent reassessment of the north suburbs and its ramifications, the role of the Board of Review as an independent body in addressing assessment appeals from aggrieved property owners and the potential ramifications of future reassessments.
