November 13 is World Kindness Day! It is an international holiday formed in 1998 to promote kindness throughout the world. It highlights the good deeds in the community and focuses on the positive power and the common thread of kindness which binds us.

In honor of World Kindness Day, L.E.S. Live Every Second is promoting health, wellness, and kindness with a virtual 5K! This event is open to everyone, (you, your family and close friends). Our goal is to motivate you and your loved ones to stay active and healthy and to spread kindness along the way.

Feel free to set up a local meet-up or do it on your own - either way, share on our FB or IG pages so we can spread kindness together.

Event Proceeds

The proceeds of this event will go to a loyal community supporter and dear friend to LES and Lester, Charles Sheng. This year we have chosen Charles because he is a living example of what the LES mission is all about.  “Eating right, knowing your numbers and even knowing how your family history can impact your health is a great start....then it’s important to listen to your body and know that when something is not right - you gotta get checked.”
