Description
Oak Street Health will be joining Autumn Green at Wright Campus Senior Living to deliver a presentation with a panel of experts from both Autumn Green and Oak Street Health. The presentation will be on the differences in levels of care, amenities, and services offered by Autumn Green. Oak Street Health will deliver a presentation on the services and amazing benefits offered, and to provide those who live at Autumn Green another choice for provider.
