Home Comfort is always looking for qualified, hard-working, and friendly HVAC Service techs to service our residential customers' homes and local business clients. We service an approximate 10-mile radius from our shop. We cover the Northshore, Northwest suburbs, and North sides of Chicago, among other individual communities nearby, like those surrounding O'Hare. We are very centrally located, and have so much appreciation for the communities we serve.

 

Our focus in on Residential, Multi-Unit, and Light Commercial HVAC.

 

Requirements:

  • GREAT driving record required!
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Excellent customer service skills!
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • EPA Certification

Responsibilities:

  • HVAC wiring diagrams & tech-support interaction as needed.
  • Service HVAC systems year-round
  • Perform seasonal maintenance
  • Diagnose problems and charge accordingly
  • Communicate next-steps clearly to customers and office support for Follow-Up
  • Convert Opportunities and meet KPIs for the industry
  • Follow all procedures using Best-In Class Field Service Management Software
  • Qualifications Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Written and verbal communication excellence
  • Boiler experience a plus $$$
