Description
Learn more from the Illinois State Treasurer's Office about the Illinois Secure Choice Retirement Savings Program about why the program exists, how it works and what small business need to know. This is an informational session to discuss Illinois state law that now requires every employee with 16-24 employees will be required to offer plans by November 1, 2022 and has been in business for at least 2 years must offer their own retirement plan or facilitate Illinois Secure Choice. Businesses with 5-15 employees will be required to offer plans by November 1, 2023 but can choose to enroll now.
