Our Niles Clinic location is moving to 8321 West Golf Rd. Niles, IL 60714 (located in the Four Flagg’s Shopping Center between Office Depot and Old Navy). The new Niles clinic will start providing services in March of 2019. The new clinic will also offer dental services.
