JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Title Representative is responsible for the revenue retention and new sales generation. S/He manages the day-to-day activities of the sales team to generate new residential real estate title/escrow business through contact with attorneys

S/He focuses on retaining business while increasing revenue through campaign management as well as directing and motivating the staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages sales associates by facilitating access to resources, removing obstacles, participating in sales campaigns, and contributing to sales strategy.
  • Cold calling on potential attorneys to join out Attorney Agent Program
  • Visiting Attorney Offices dropping off marketing material
  • Works closely with Escrow Officers and collaborate to sign up Attorneys
  • Develops, implements, and improves processes through identification of operational, sales, and technological changes that impact customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors sales associate performance and overall effectiveness through regular lead generation, sales pipeline, and closed-sale reviews.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
EXPERIENCE
  • 1 year Customer Service experience WILL TRAIN the right person
