Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist

Orchard Village is looking to hire a full time Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process 2 payroll runs twice a month.
  • Process 300+ manual checks/month.
  • Maintain precise records of all payments. Prepare year-end summary reports, W2’s, and 1099 reports.
  • Manage client LINK and grocery funds.
  • Interact with insurance auditors for workers’ comp audit.
  • Provide all necessary detail for annual outside audit of payables, payroll, and purchasing
  • Purchasing for specialized goods.
  • Manage accounting and payments to maintenance vendors and house accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Two years accounting experience, preferably payroll processing and accounts payable.
  • Working knowledge of Abila/MIP non-profit accounting and ADP payroll processing preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • College accounting course work preferred.
