We're providing this partnership discount for our members to ensure member compliance with Illinois Law for their business. Senate Bill 75 was signed into law by Governor Pritzker on August 2019\, stating that all Illinois employers are required to train employees on sexual harassment prevention annually before the end of year-December 31st.  This bill applies to all companies with one or more employees working in Illinois.
