Learn how effective planning and maintaining proper business formalities (such as corporate minutes\, assumed names\, and employment contracts) can be used to ensure a company functions efficiently if a business owner or employee becomes ill\, disabled or passes away. \n\n\n\nPoor planning and the failure to comply with business formalities are some of the largest concerns for businesses. The absence of a company owner or employee\, as well as improper business practices\, can cause a rift in management and subject owners to personal liability\, government fines\, and tax penalties.
