Job Description
This is a full-time direct hire role with IST Management Services, based out of Shure Incorporated headquarters in Niles, performing copy, mail, shipping and receiving services, DOE, M-F regular business hours 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Includes accrued PTO and offered benefits. We observe a business professional dress code, and candidate must be willing to submit a drug screening.

Primary responsibilities include the following :
The Site Manager will be responsible for supervision of the mail department. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and must be willing to be trained on operation of a forklift
Other responsibilities as follows:
·        Managing a small-medium office space of approx. 3 people.
·        Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
·        Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
·        Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned.
·        Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers.
·        Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper.
·        Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages.
·        Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
·        Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
·        Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
·        Adhere to all safety procedures.
·        Perform other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
·        High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
·        Minimum of 1-2 years copy/mail experience.
·        Must have valid drivers license
·        Professional appearance and demeanor.
·        Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills.
·        Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A
·        Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
·        Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
·        Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
·        A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.
·        Lifting up to 55 pounds.
·        Standing for long periods of time.
·        Significant walking.
·        Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening.
